ABOUT THE DAO

The mission of the Dive Bar DAO (decentralized autonomous organization) is to recognize independent neighborhood bars and provide support as determined by the NFT holding community.

Many neighborhood bars are still being affected in different ways with spiking energy costs, staffing shortages, and compounding debt, so a DAO was created (https://divebardao.com) to raise funds and distribute them according to community votes.  

80% of net proceeds go into the Dive Bar Fund (DBF) controlled by the DAO. When the DBF reaches $20,000, the community (NFT owners) will vote on which bar will receive $20,000!

Purchase an NFT and nominate an establishment you’d like to support. For every 100 nominations, a shop will receive $1,000 from the Dive Bar Fund.

Each NFT you own is a DAO vote, and the Dive Bar Community will decide which shop will receive assistance. Visit the Community page to learn more.
